Organic Food, is it Fad or Fact?

We all want to believe that we can get away with eating the whole foods in the grocery store. Our government wouldn't allow it to be sold if it could actually do harm to our bodies, right? Unfortunately for the U.S., this isn't the case. The FDA has approved many toxic ingredients that lead to cancer, disease, and affect our mental and physical health in a bad way. The foods we eat carry a vibration, and if that steak on your plate is coming from a slaughterhouse, just think about what that meals energy is carrying, which you are about to then put into your body.

The importance of buying organic goes beyond the pesticides and harmful toxins being added to the food. It means you are choosing proteins and vegetables that were raised consciously in a happy environment and will energize you in a loving way throughout your day. Each meal we eat should be consumed with intention. When we go to the grocery store and check off the items on our shopping list, it is important to choose high vibration foods that will sustain us and lead to a long healthy life.

A healthy life includes being healthy in your mind, body, and soul. Processed foods like Doritos and Fruity Pebbles carry no vibration. They are made in a food lab, designed to turn on serotonin receptors in your brain so that you overeat, crave and buy more, never feeling satisfied, and reaching for the next sugar dump to offset the crash. These food dyes are also linked to behavioral problems, cancer, and carry known carcinogens. The government doesn't care what you put into your body, it is up to you. Next time you create your list, ask yourself, do I understand the ingredients on this box? Where was this food made and where is it traced back to? Instead of focusing on the calories, focus on the nutrients. This will naturally lead you to a healthier body, a healthier mind, and a soul that is present for each bite.
